The founder of LESSAT-AFRICA has been actively engaged in several development forums, advocating for Liberia’s and Africa interests. Notable events include participation in a panel discussion in Accra, Ghana, focusing on scaling opportunities in war-affected nations, representing Liberia in Dublin, Kenya, and involvement in the Starting Strong initiative for the first 1000 days of the SDGs in Nairobi, They also underwent training in Presentation and Facilitation in Stockholm, Sweden, and conducted a baseline survey in Mayange, Rwanda, to compare the rapid growth and development there to Liberia’s situation.

LESSAT held an Interactive Dinner in 2017 to boost college students' interest in STEM and TVET professions, featuring live bands, TED talks, and presentations on the importance of science and technology education in Liberia.
