OUR WORK

STEM  in Technical vocational Education and training

Our Work

Our work is driven by the urgent need to transform Liberia’s education system, still impacted by civil conflict, by complementing the efforts of the Ministry of Education in addressing issues such as skills gaps, poverty, poor educational infrastructure, teacher shortages, and limited access to science and technology. We promote workforce development and career pathways for future scientists, technicians, and innovators, encouraging youth to become creators and builders and problem-solvers who strengthen the workforce and contribute to Africa’s industrial growth and export capacity. The organization focuses on inclusive, employment-driven, and sustainable STEM-oriented TVET development through eight strategic program areas.

STEM-BASED TVET COMMUNITY ENAGAGEMENT

Harnessing the Power of Community Organizing, Small Project Assistant Grants and Mobile Cinema to Promote STEM-Driven TVET Education & Raise Awareness of Climate Change in Liberia

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

STEM-driven TVET has been male-dominated, limiting opportunities for women. We support both genders prioritizing female participation to increase employability, expand the workforce and ensure equal access for all.
